February 28. (Note: For Clubs based on the school year, start with
the beginning of the school year and
include any projects that will be completed
by the end of the school year.) Enter points for each category in
space provided. Clubs earning 100 points will receive an Honor Roll
Certificate; clubs earning 150 points
will receive a Special Achievement Award. A club whose
dues are not paid will not be eligible for a
Certificate or an Award.
