RULES
1. Neat, concise entries are due to the State Youth Chairman no later
than March 1. Entry Blank should be included on each entry.
2. This rule applies to awards 2,3,4 and 5. The Awards Entry should
include in a brief narrative form, percentage of members participating, approximate number of hours, cost, any publicity, before and after
pictures, brief explanation of accomplishments. Compile in Manila
folder with a completed awards application form (one copy only)
attached to the outside.
3. Clubs with Children with Special Needs may complete all levels.
4. Youth Award Entry Forms are available from Youth Chairman, State
Headquarters, or the website www.gardenclubofnc.org.
